Mychael “Myke” Mueller is the founder of Never86'd and the active operator of Community Tap & Pizza in Fort Dodge, Iowa. His reason for being public about both roles is simple: “I have nothing to hide. I'm the operator. That's why I'm here.” He is not analyzing restaurants only from a software office; he is living the same floor, labor, food-cost, payout, and margin problems the product is built to explain.
That origin creates a practical company rule. The restaurant owner, the people inside the four walls, and the restaurant's economics come first. Never86'd does not hide missing evidence or force a restaurant to replace a system that already works. If a paper is missing, the answer says Missing. Never86'd does not publish a dollar it cannot re-pull from the papers in front of it.
