— For the multi-unit restaurant COO, CFO, or CTO

How should a restaurant command center help operators instead of adding another screen to watch?

A command center should not ask an operator to interpret eight more charts. It should reconcile the systems the restaurant already has, rank the exceptions by likely impact and confidence, show the source, name the store or owner of the next step, and preserve the resolution. Each person should see only the decisions appropriate to that role.

For a multi-unit group, the operating unit is the exception: one payout that does not reconcile, one store with unusual void behavior, one labor variance, one rate-card mismatch, or one handoff problem. Enterprise-grade control means permissions, repeatable definitions, audit history, source labels, and explicit unknowns—not a larger pile of alerts.
